pr marketing cyprus outsourcing

Outsourced PR & Marketing services can give you or your business that fresh pair of eyes to get you over that next big bridge but works bet when coupled with a competent in-house team. Who says you can’t have the best of both worlds? Outsource all your special projects to an agency and keep the day to day stuff internal.

Both options have their glaring advantages.  In house personnel have brand loyalty to their employer as they work on no other accounts.  In addition to this they are at the employers beck and call (within reason) and on hand at all times to support the business in all functions- not just communications.  As an employee you do tend to have a cushier ride as the perks are built in and you are part of the team - demands can be fewer.  On the flip side an outsource agency can offer a constant stream of fresh eyes and ideas that have not become jaded from dealing with the same concept or message daily.  The strengths from a collective group of people are called upon rather than an individual.  The bottom line is less affected as gratuity, housing and benefits are not factored into an agency’s contract.  As an employee, an agency is a very stimulating environment and as an eternal supplier you do not get caught between an accountant and an F&B Manager.

With the good comes the bad and the downside also has to be addressed - not everything smells of roses.  In-house can at times stifle creativity and your job description widens as the PR & Marketing department becomes the dumping ground for those tasks without a home.  Being in-house brings the battle of bureaucracy and office politics where the right action gets overlooked because of the messenger.  Agency is a very fast environment and at times the larger number of accounts means less time can be spent than always wanted on certain clients.   Additionally agencies need to have the insight that an in-house person does "a priory" to all the processes and intricacies of a brand key when communicating company news or building your brand and reputation.
